หลังจากรัน Windows update แล้วอัปเดทไม่ได้ บางครั้งมีข้อความ
"There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help (0x80070422)"
ลองทำตามขั้นตอนต่อไปนี้
ขั้นแรก : หยุดเซอร์วิสของ Windows Update ให้ตามข้ั้นตอนดังนี้
- กดปุ่ม Windows เเละปุ่ม X พร้อมกัน
- จากนั้นคลิก Command Prompt (Admin)
- คลิก Yes จากนั้นคลิก Continue เเล้วลงรหัสผ่านหากมีการถาม หากเสร็จสิ้นจะมีคำว่า Administrator: Command Prompt แสดงขึ้นมา
- พิมพ์ net stop wuauserv เเล้วกด Enter
- พิมพ์ net stop cryptsvc เเล้วกด Enter
- พิมพ์ net stop bits เเล้วกด Enter
- พิมพ์ net stop msiserver เเล้วกด Enter
- โปรดอย่าปิดหน้าต่าง Command Prompt
ขั้น 2: เปลี่ยนชื่อโฟลเดอร์ของ Windows ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Windows Update
- พิมพ์ ren %systemroot%\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old เเล้วกด Enter
- พิมพ์ ren %systemroot%\System32\Catroot2 Catroot2.old เเล้วกด Enter
ขั้น 3: Restart เซอร์วิสของ Windows Update
- พิมพ์ net start wuauserv เเล้วกด Enter
- พิมพ์ net start cryptsvc เเล้วกด Enter
- พิมพ์ net start bits เเล้วกด Enter
- พิมพ์ net start msiserver เเล้วกด Enter
จากนั้น ให้ปิดหน้าต่าง Command Prompt เเล้วลองอัพเดทอีกครั้ง
